rental Deposit
A 50% deposit, via credit card or check, is due within seven days of your booking to hold your reservation. We take MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If booking for the next year we’ll hold the dates with deposit due in January of that year. You have the right to reserve your property for the following year if you book before leaving the current stay. Once you leave those dates are open to anyone else to book.

Reservation Cancellation
Cancellations received up to 31 days prior to arrival will receive a a refund of deposit less a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival will only be refunded if the Vacation Rental is rebooked for all nights. The deposit is forfeited: if guests arrive after date specified or depart before the final date of reservation, unless the room is re-booked

We welcome you to use our secure online reservation system, or you may call us at 920-868-9088. A three night minimum stay is required on all reservations

No daily housekeeping service in any of the Vacation Rental units. Please leave the Rental as you found it especially the kitchen. The stove and refrigerator must be clean and no dirty dishes left behind. You may have the dish washer running upon departure. Any damaged items you are also responsible for and you will be charged for replacement of the item.There is a key lock box on all the properties. Instruction will be given the week before arrival.
